Home Loan Enquiry Assistance

Planning to buy, build or improve a home? We can help you understand the home-loan enquiry process and the documents a lender may ask for. Eligibility and final terms are decided by the lender.

Overview

Understand the process before you apply

A home loan is usually a long-term commitment, and lenders look carefully at income, repayment capacity, credit history and the property itself. Knowing what to expect before you apply can save time and reduce uncertainty.

We talk you through the general enquiry process, share a preliminary checklist based on your profile — salaried, private limited company or partnership — and help you prepare the right questions for the lender.
